Every sale is paid straight to the payout address you choose. That can be your own crypto wallet. It can also be a
deposit address from an account that turns USDC into dollars and sends them to your bank, such as Stripe or Coinbase
Business. This page shows you how to set that up.

Mintage Pay never holds your money. If you use Stripe or Coinbase Business, your money sits in that account until you
send it to your bank, under that company's terms.

## How it works

1. In your Stripe or Coinbase Business account, find your USDC deposit address for one network. The steps are below.
2. In the Mintage Pay dashboard, go to **Payout addresses** and open that network. Under **Where this address goes**,
choose **Stripe** or **Coinbase Business**, paste the address and save.
3. From now on, each sale on that network arrives in your account as USDC. From there, change it to dollars and send
   it to your bank.

These accounts only receive USDC, and only on some networks. When you save the address, Mintage Pay automatically
stops offering customers any coin that account cannot receive on that network (for example USDT on Polygon). This
makes sure no payment is ever lost.

| Network | Stripe | Coinbase Business |
|---|---|---|
| Base | USDC | USDC |
| Polygon | USDC | USDC |
| Solana | USDC | Not offered here |
| TRON | No | No |

TRON payments are in USDT, which neither account accepts. To keep taking payments on TRON, use your own TRON wallet as
the TRON payout address. Each network has its own payout address, so you can mix and match. For example: Stripe on
Base and Polygon, and your own wallet on TRON.

## Stripe

Stripe lets eligible businesses hold USDC in a Stripe financial account and pay it out to a bank. In the United
States this is in public preview. In other countries it is in private preview, and you can ask Stripe for access
through a form in its docs.

1. In the Stripe Dashboard, go to **Settings** > **Business** > **Bank accounts and currencies**. Under **Manage
financial account currencies**, select **USDC** and click **Save**.
2. On the **Balances** page, click **Add funds**, then **Crypto transfer**.
3. Choose the network (Base, Polygon or Solana) and copy the address. Click **Done**.
4. In Mintage Pay, paste it as that network's payout address, with **Stripe** chosen.

To get the money to your bank, convert your USDC to US dollars or send it to your bank from the Stripe Dashboard.
Stripe shows its rates and fees there. Stripe's own guide: docs.stripe.com/treasury/stablecoins.

## Coinbase Business

Coinbase Business is Coinbase's account for companies. You need to apply, and most businesses hear back within a few
weeks.

1. In Coinbase Business, open the deposit screen for **USDC**.
2. Choose the network (Base or Polygon) and copy the address. Check that the screen says USDC and the network you
   picked.
3. In Mintage Pay, paste it as that network's payout address, with **Coinbase Business** chosen.

To get dollars automatically, turn on **auto-convert** in your Coinbase Business settings. Incoming USDC is then
changed to dollars for you. Coinbase charges a fee for this and shows it in your account. Then withdraw to your bank.

## Another exchange

Any exchange account that accepts USDC or USDT works the same way. When you save the address, choose **Another
exchange**. Then, under **Coins this address receives**, untick every coin that the exchange's deposit screen does not
list for that network. Exchanges often give each coin its own deposit address.

## Good to know

- Changing a payout address only affects new payments. Payments already in progress still go to the old address.
- Every change needs your password, and you get an email about it.
- Send yourself one small live payment of a few dollars first, to check it arrives. Sandbox payments use test coins
and never reach a real account.
